From the architectural design to the creation of the furnishings, we follow interior renovation and exterior redesign projects with utmost attention regarding the inclusion of the project in the context of its surroundings. We carry out in-depth studies of the individual materials and identify the best fit for the project in order to create elegant furnishings that reflect the style of each client.
Each project is completed with painstaking attention to the materials, giving personality to the building and valuing the natural aspect of each raw material.
The reclaimed material from this traditional farmhouse of our region combined with the analysis of the construction style of the existing house guided our renovations. The principal objective was to maintain the history and warmth that the mountain farmhouse conveys through the stories that wood and stone can tell. The newly designed roof was made to mirror the style of the home.
This stone is called Losa, which is typical of our region and is an extremely important cultural and structural touchpoint. Used both indoors and outdoors, it was also used for the external cladding of the roof. A thick layer of insulation has been inserted between the internal and external Losa stones to ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency for the occupants of the home. The cut and processed chestnut wood tables come from sawmills that process only woods from the province of Cuneo where we are located. This high attention to detail yields a beautiful and unique result.
